Jason helps Loggly build the best product for its customers. He spends his time understanding customer needs, prioritizing the roadmap, writing requirements for new features, and communicating with both internal teams and customers. He's also the lead technical editor for a lot of the online content, including blogs and documentation.

At Keona, Jason led the initial founding team and creation of the first product. He conducted market research, formed the product vision, and ultimately delivered the product to market. He helped land deals with top health systems including UNC Healthcare Tulane University. He also pitched and won the company's first fundraising from National Institute of Health, NC IDEA and Launchbox Digital.

At Amazon, Jason developed operational software for their global fulfillment centers. He lead the initial stages of redesign for a core shipping system that processed $20B worth of orders per year. He also improved an analytical quality checking system that prevented $3M worth of errors per year. He primarily worked with C/C++, Java, Oracle, Hibernate, Spring and Eclipse.
